After raising my 5 children and teaching preschool for 15 years I became a certified Labor Doula 1999, pregnancy massage certified since 2003, and then assisting and witnessing many home births in 2002, I gained a deeper understanding of the process of giving birth naturally. In 2005 I became HypnoBirthing certified the Mongan method to help couples feel empowered to go through the birthing process prepared with tools, strength, and confidence for the most spiritual and cherished memory of their lives. Today hundreds of families have been better prepared for the birth process through learning these skills I am committed to serving couples; creating greater confidence faith and deep satisfaction with healthy outlook for better parenting for generations to come.
